The apartment was a reasonable price for the size. My partner and I lived in a garden level. We had a few problems: lots of spiders but that is common with lower level apartments and at one point our apartment did flood a little due to the pump not working in the laundry room. We did not get bad damage though since we were at the end of the hall. The complex sprayed for spiders and also cleaned up the water so I was hard to complain. The water was always hot, carpet clean and good laundry rooms.

Pros:
1) Helpful staffs.
2) This location is good for nearby shopping malls and nearby office locations in vernon hills/lincolnshire.
Cons:
----
1) The apartment is not properly planned when built. Bathroom is the most spacious where as kitchen is smallest one.
2) During winter, heat is always on in the building passage and that is uncontrollable. It causes uncontrollable heat in the apartment too.
3) The carpet in building entrance is too shabby.
4) Not value for money.

Management is good but the apartments are not very nice. No broken walls or rusted pipes but carpet in the corridor smells. Safety is a issue. No camera's in apt complex. My car was broken(lost GPS) and heard several incident of apt break ins. Apart from these issues, its a good place to live.

I stayed for 6 months, while moving out asked for any additional charges for breaking the lease they said it is going to be 1200$. Later they charged me 3800$, and did not care to inform me, and only came to know about it from collections. When I called them there was no proper response what so ever. I have paid 3800$, and in return got bad credit rating too. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
