    Not a good place to live. The walls are so thin you may as well just live with your neighbors. Whole place shook anytime a door was closed. Staff at the time were also incredibly rude.

    This apartment is great until you move out then they nickel and dime you over again over again. I moved out 1 month before my lease expired and was assured that the electric and water was turned off. Well here we are 3 months after I left and just now getting a bill from them. Its not the money that is a problem, its the lack of communication and respect that this apartment has or its former residents. I would recommend looking over everything in your lease before signing her. Actually I would recommend just passing on this apartment all together.

    Feels like the upkeep could be better. A few years a ago, the place looked pristine. Now, the hall carpets are rarely vacuumed, the windows are never cleaned, and there are spiderwebs in the hallway. They changed the light fixtures in the hallway for some reason, but never bothered to repaint the area where the old fixtures were. And for two months, the alarm at the front of the building kept going off and no explanation or timetable was given for fixing it.

    Bristol Station is a beautiful place to live with nearby conveniences such as Metra, 4 star restaurants located off the I-88 corridor and the Premium Outlet Mall.

    Overall upkeep of building and grounds diminishing from first few years living in building. Quality of residents respecting other neighbors shared space diminishing.
