        DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED! (A zero rating is not possible, so had to give these guys one star) When we moved in here, they were super nice and gave us a very competitive rate, we signed in a lease and everything was ok, until 2 months before the lease expiration. When they came knocking on the door, forcing (yet in a legally polite way) us to extend the lease; and the new rate that they were putting us on was about 20% more.

        Ive been waiting for 3wks+ for my guest bathtub to get fixed. Contacted the Leasing Office this past Thursday at 5pm stating that my dryer wasnt working - the female responded with We are very busy in the Leasing Office right now - your dryer not working isnt an emergency - we will get to it when we can ... I asked for MK to call me before they closed at 7pm and its now Saturday and I havent heard anything from them! My dryer (and bathtub) still need to be fixed and Maintenance wont be back until Tuesday due to the holiday on Monday. Thank you for making me feel like my concerns dont matter and appreciate having to now go to a laundry mat on a holiday weekend and 90+ degrees outside! You rent an apartment to have onsite maintenance and to have your requests addressed in a timely professional fashion. This is why Im supposedly paying such outrageous rent. I can rent a house for the amount Im currently paying. The trash area is beyond disgusting! Old mattresses and couches stay out there for weeks before theyre removed. Its a complete waste of time even addressing the lack of maintenance and snippy and sassy office staff. They say management will be informed but management is the problem here! Doesnt anyone see that?!!? Even left a message at the corporate offices (over 1 month ago) and never received a returned call. All I can say is WOW!

        Moving here has been the worst mistake of my life and I could not be more miserable. I love the location, but the maintenance here is non-existent. I can honestly say, that in the year and a half I have live here, I have never had a working air conditioner. I complain about it, they send out an air conditioning tech that recharges it. It works great for ten day and then I spend the next three weeks in 80 degree apartment waiting for them to send another tech and the cycle repeats. This cycle has been repeated 14 times in the last year. They change over management because of the high number of complaints and high number of people moving out. I was confident that my air conditioner would finally be fixed and fixed correctly. But I was wrong. The new managers flippant comments and not having the slightest understanding of the situation has made this situation about a %1000 times worse. When you have not had a working air conditioner for as long as I have, the last thing you want to hear is, While it is not that hot out. It is only being above 70 degrees for a few days, how hot could it possibly be. 77 degrees inside your apartment is not considered an emergency. It has been sitting all winter. It just needs a recharge. While it had not been sitting all winter. Her air conditioner tech had spent the last three days attempting to fix the air conditioner and had announced it was fixed (but of course it wasnt). She should have not been making these comments without having all the facts. And for all this, they raised my rent $400. Dont make the same mistake I made.
