Thank You for the kind words! We would be glad to talk to you about the rent increase. Please stop in or give us a call. We love hearing from our residents. Thanks Again!
The only problem I have had with Lancaster Heights is that in November 2011, I was not informed that I had not Read More paid all of my rent. (I had requested assistance from Community Action, received a letter indicating they would pay $500 of my rent, so I only paid the $150 remaining rent for November 2011.) O)n or about the end of Oct., beginning of Nov. 2013, I was informed that I was late from TWO YEARS AGO! REALLY?! That has been my only complaint. (The late charges have been paid as of 2014.)
