    No washer dryer hook up and laundry facility is dirty , water on the floor and washers jam and not big enough for a full load

    The size of the apartments are great, the patios are very nice. I love all the green space out side.

    We lived here for almost a year and so far we have not had any problems. Oak park is like a big family

    We moved into a two bedroom apartment with the previous owners. The carpets were stained, holes in the wall, broken blinds, closet door don't shut, & the flooring is beyond cheap. Nothing was ever fixed besides the hole under the sink in the bathroom. The water heater is too small for the size of the tub, so we have to boil water for baths. They did it cheaply. The new owners would have to move us out to fix everything. They raised the price of rent too high for the apartment you get. The size is great, but the quality is so low. Our heating bill every month for winter was over $300. It was because the heating was wired wrong. It was never truly fixed. We know it was the heat because our AC is on every day, & the bill is only $70/mo. They never tried to help pay it back or take it off rent, even though it was their fault. Our neighbor told us the previous resident of our apartment moved because of the electric bill, & there was always flooding. We've had leaking issues down to the neighbors below so many times. The balcony is uneven, & they always just say "oh we will get a contractor out"... never happened. We've had electricity problems in our bedroom, so we don't plug anything up in there. We put in a work order, but when the guy came he said he would have to call a contractor. He quit, & no one has been back. Again, they say "we will call a contractor out." There are cracks all over the ceiling & nothing was thoroughly cleaned like it should have been. We can't wait for our lease to be up. They worry more about the amenities than they do the apartments. The laundry room under the leasing office is disgusting. There is fungus literally growing out of the bottom step. It's always flooded & smells rancid. There's hardly anything in their "gym", & it's only open during office hours. The pool stays dirty. I see residents cleaning it more than maintence.

    It's a horrible place to be living. They don't care about tenants or upkeep of poor condition of units.
