I have rented in three communities in the last 6 years. Versailles on the Lakes in Oak Brook Terrace offers everything I was looking for: Reserved garage parking, in unit washer/dryer, close to work and family and a place I am proud to say is my home. Visitors are impressed of the well maintained grounds and peaceful community feeling.

The Versailles on the Lake - Oakbrook Terrace is a great place to live, with Safe and Secure buildings. The staff is awesome! Location, Location, Location!!! The Versailles is fantastic with easy access to shopping, dining and both O'Hare and Midway Airports.

This place has extremely poor service and management. They take too long to get back regarding various problems, and operate on their own schedule. It is sad because they do have a nice property with a great inhouse landscaping crew who does an outstanding job.

Apartments are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Maintenence is quick and professional. Amenities are plentiful and fun. Parking is a mess, especially for guests.

I have had to speak with the head manager for our location to get maintenance issues and other problems here. I am still waiting on stuff to be completed and a call back from management I was told she would call me in two weeks now it is going on 3. This isn't the first time that I have asked for her to call or other issues I have asked to inquire about that I am promissed someone will call and not get a call back.
