I like my unit the layout is nice. But when I move in the unit had a mildew smelling washing machine that smelled like dog.The microwave didnt warm meals. And I had to fight to get the items replaced/ repaired.The carpet in the room smelled like dog and Im still waiting for that to be addressed.

The building itself is wonderful. My apartment and the amenities within the building are fantastic. The proximity to the train station is perfect. The maintenance department here takes care of issues that I submit tickets on within 2 days. The issue that I have is at some of the residents do not respect or understand that this is an upscale building. They leave garbage in the hallways, shoes outside their doors, they don't respect the rules. It puts a damper on an otherwise positive situation

Overall, my experience at Ninety7Fifty has been excellent. The apartments themselves are beautiful - the granite counters, the dark wood cabinets, the (laminate) wood flooring. The fitness center is a plus. Downsides are the hours of the pool and screening room. It's a shame that night swimming is not allowed, and you have to start a movie in the screening room by 7 if you want to finish before the area closes.
