Clover Ridge East

My wife and I lived at Clover Ridge East for two years and loved every minute of it. If I hadn't transferred with my job, we'd probably still be there. The complex was constantly upgrading and making itself better (ie: repaving the parking, adding recycling bins near each unit, added new insulation to reduce energy costs for tennants). In addition to the updates the clubhouse is always full of family-friendly activities. Don't read the negative reviews, give this place a chance. You'll love it

Pretty expensive but the landscaping is kept up and the pool is clean in the summer. The workout room is small and very limited. I've never seen the sauna working, but maybe no one uses it. Maintanence has been very helpful, never had a bad experience working with them.

very please with property upkeep, maintenance, and communication with residents. apartment units are up to date and kept clean. for a seemingly large complex this is a relatively quiet and friendly community.

The office staff are constantly arguing with u about complaints, they lie to people, i was told my apartment would b available on the 1st floor and thats not true,the parking lot floods and so does the workout room, took months 4 them to fix it. maintenance is not good and are rude. theres lots of bugs here, snakes, coyotes and hostile raccoon's. plus you can hear everything your neighbors do. overall i pay all this money to be treated horribly. dont let the nice act fool you.

The apartment and staff are fantastic, but the cable/internet service we are stuck with is beyond awful. The fastest internet speed available right now is 6mbps, and you have to pay $40/mo for it. The walls are a little thin - I can hear vacuuming clearly, and at night can hear the neighbors tv sometimes. We also run out of hot water real easily - not sure if the tanks are too small, or they just don't have the water hot enough. There is also not enough open parking near our building.

I was forced to move out of my original apartment because they wanted to remodel mine. I was told when I moved in they wouldn't do that. I was given no help with moving expenses. In spring of 2013 they increased my rent $90 a month indicating "that's what the market would bear" The snow removal is terrible and the office staff is not helpful or friendly.
