They worked with us in our move, Jessica at the front office is great. The others are incompetent. They can't schedule an apt so Maitenance can show up. When you have a project with contractors the communication stinks with Timberlane. Maitenance men when they arrive do a really good job. Though many people that come into your home are smokers and I am highly allergic to cigarettes. So I often have to air out my house well after they leave. Gym is convienant and pool is nice in the summer. Though they do not enforce the residents only and if you go with kids watch for the 20 something's alcohol intake. Also, many like to sit with feet in the pool and smoke. I had to leave one day with my toddler because a chain smoker wouldn't leave the pool side. So like anywhere there is ups and downs. I would recommend it if you are new to the area.

The maintenance crew are very fast at responding and coming in to work on maintenance orders, and the office staff members are always very courteous.

The floors/ceilings are very thin so I can always here when someone walks above me. 3 months into my stay a knob wouldn't turn off, built up pressure shooting up and breaking a light in the bathroom. That caused an electrical shortage, also flooding my bathroom and going a little onto the carpet. Minus the glass in the bathroom and on the carpet, it didn't get extremely bad b/c I got down & turned the knob off under the sink. Maintenance did come promptly and got the water up. No problems since.
