    Very happy with their prompt resolution of problems that may come up. The landlord on site easily reached and available to help when needed. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe living by myself there.

    Rent was raised twice in the 1.5 years we lived there. Maintenance was fairly slow.

    The size and location of these apartments are excellent. No amenities or on-site office staff. The one car garage and large walk-in closets were selling points of this apartment.

    Overall, apartments are clean and well cared for. Very quiet area. When I call with apartment needs the landlord responds within 48 hours.

    Spacious apt with in-unit washer and dryer. Hard to reach management for services including maintenance (rarely anyone in office to answer phone calls). Energy/heat bills may be higher due to poor retention of heat in apt.

    I think overall, we had a great experience at The Willows. Whenever there was a problem, it was promptly dealt with. Our apartment kitchen could definitely have been updated. The appliances were not very good at all and the floor was in pretty bad shape. Other than that, we loved it there.
