I LOVE my home at Park Tower Apartments. It's always clean, well lit and secure. The office and maintenance staff are always thoughtful, courteous and pleasant. I'm so very happy to be apart of this residential community.

The property is well maintained. Maintenance personnel always responds quickly to service requests. Extended office hours 7-days a week.

I used to live there. There were mice everywhere. I moved before my lease was over.

Don't believe the pictures. Always smells like a nursing home. They say the place was available RIGHT NOW. But as soon as you pay $350 electronically your move-in date changes to 55 days away. Sorry sucker, they have the right to change price and availability date at any time. I wasted $350 and my time and still had to find somewhere to stay for the next 2 months.

Lived here for exactly 7 months out of our 14 month contract. It was that bad. Always having plumbing issues, the halls smelled like mildew/mold. Packages were stolen, cameras don't work, no ac in common areas, like laundry room where its severely needed. Maintenance guys were awesome. They keep the outside nicer than the inside. Its an OK place for temporary living.
