Property is beautiful but when I went to fill out the application even tho the apartment is available I had to put in a date after 12/20/24

They have hidden fees which they tell you but didn't tell me they had a move in cost an they keep the security deposit even if you don't sign the lease an also it wasn't 200 security deposit it was the whole rent since I was a first time renter

Never heard a word from this place.

Horrible experice. Threatening eviction after 1 week late rent payment, stink bugs galore, excessive monthly fees, poor property maintenance, outdated units, cannot break the lease without paying more than you did to move in. 0 star rating if possible

The location was my greatest concern and it has been satisfactory. The office staff have been friendly, but not always following through with my request in a timely fashion. Overall, its a nice place.

Currently living here, we’ve had some issues here and there but every problem we’ve had has been fixed in a timely manner. Not only have they communicated when needed but they have also been overly accommodating for me and my family. I would say communication is key and if you’re actively communicating with them they will go above and beyond to help you with any problems that may occur. Going on three years of being here and I previously stayed here back in 2020 for a year and truly no complaints. If you truly need a place to stay and starter apartment this is a good place to stay and reasonably priced.

Do not rent here unless you have no other option. You will be lied to by employees, argued with, and even ignored. We did not have properly working heat at any point and they outright refused to fix it at one point. They even turned it off with less than 24 hours notice on several occasions. Instead of fixing our heat, they let us out of our lease early (literally the only decent thing they ever did). The neighbors are lovely, but you’ll hear everything going on in their apartments. They claim the apartments are sufficiently insulated, but that’s untrue. Just spend 5 minutes inside and you’ll notice it. The apartments are poorly maintained and are outdated. It was fairly clean upon move in, but there were soft spots in the floor and multiple structural issues (including a toilet sinking into the floor). The kitchen drawers fall out, too. The laundry facilities are expensive considering you regularly have to run the machines twice for each load. The maintenance team is loud and slam doors without consideration for tenants. They’re unprofessional and rude. Any complaints will be argued with or ignored and blown off entirely. The regional manager does not care about you or any laws the property manager and assistant property manager violated. You will be treated as less than simply because they know people can’t afford to move.

Lots of fake 5 star reviews here. The arbors are old and outdated, their model home photos are a gross misrepresentation of the actual apartments. The apartments are falling apart with superficial repairs being conducted, doing nothing to repair the structural integrity. Everything about these apartments is decrepit. They think because they’re cheap apartments that they can treat tenants poorly. While you get what you pay for here, do not allow them to ignore your complaints. Even reporting to their district manager accomplishes nothing. I’d say Jerika is half a step up from a slumlord. Most neighbors are great, but any who regularly violate the lease and harass other residents are free to do so without management intervention. Overall, do not rent here. Removing a start after that ridiculous response. Y’all literally shut off people’s heat in the winter without notice and are argumentative. Own up to being horrible at your jobs. An apology goes a long way.

i can’t even fit everything i have to say. please don’t rent from them. they will send things to collections that are for charges for things that aren’t your fault. plumbing is HORRIBLE. maintenance sucks. management is horrible. I can’t believe i had to deal with these things with my very first time renting.

Terrible place to live rent is outrageously high, there is no maintenance help everything breaks in the apartments and in the winter they never plow so you will be stuck

Jerica, the property manager, was a huge help. Would recommend this place to anyone.
