Grounds and buildings aren't in the best condition. Grass is torn up from maintenance driving the golf carts Read Morein the grass and not on the sidewalks, lots of trash in the common areas/grass and cigarette butts on the ground near building entrances, mud caked on exterior door handles, multiple gum spots in the corridors and on entrance rugs. Need more dog stations around complex. Trash is always overflowing. Office hours aren't good for people that commute into Chicago during the week

In addition to our normal weekday hours (9 am to 6 pm), we stay open on Wednesday evening until 7 pm and are open Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. Horrible Management from the old people to the BRAND new people. The place is awful and they have no respect Read Morefor the people that live here and the gross people they have moving in everyday.

Although the maintenance staffs and management staffs are friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the buildin Read Moreg is awful from a few months ago when the cleaning company changed. Also the garden is full of poops. Hence I'm not satisfied with the quality.

Disgusting and dirty apartments.Associates are not helpful and it's very apparent that they are only in it for Read More the money.Associates there lie constantly or it appears that they are not informed. Roaches are all over the buildings and in several apartments and associates pretend to not know that this is going on when several people complain.parking is never available.not worth the money. Stay away.

I like the complex and the staff but I think for the price we should receive some addtl amenities like, basic Read Morecable and additl parking passes. And a better job could be done with the large amount of duck poo that is outside on the sidewalks and parking lot.
