evryone takes pride in maintaining their properties and have beautiful yards and gardens. the local library, coffee shop and small local stores are within the parks walking area.

I love the convenience. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I love the community center and activities, especially book club and summer concerts.

I like that there are programs in our park in the summer. We have the Heinz Poll dance festival performed in our park, as well as the orchestra. We have a library in our neighborhood near churches and they sponsor neigh orhood activities.
