Well, did a lot visits there my plans were to live there because the rent was reasonable and there was lot of room but there was never no apts available. And burn out coming out there and nothing was available But now I am happy have new home in gurnee.

The second day in my apartment, I found roaches in my apartment. The paint was also still wet on my counter. Called about both these issues and I received no response. Then, after a month of being here I recieved a voicemail saying that I was being evicted because my kids were not on the lease, which was false, as well as I had supposedly received violations for noise. I had never received a violation & asked for the dates & copies, which I am still waiting to receive. I also sent them the proof that my kids were to be on the lease, even though they were all under the age of 6. My privacy was completely invaded on multiple occasions by both the staff & residents. After realizing their mistakes, i revived no formal apology. I had already planned on giving them a 30 day notice anywyas, but I was treated very disrespectfully. Everything looks & sounds nice until you actually become a tenant.

The rental was nice and very safe, but when I had to leave early they were very rude about the change in plans.
