In the past when I did ask for assistance or help it was provided to me in a very timely manner and also with Read Morefollow-up emails which I always appreciated. The staff at our community office are all wonderful people with exceptional people skills. So much so that I know the first names of the entire staff members both, old & new. My experience here at twin lake towers spans almost 6 years and I have totally enjoyed my tenancy here. I love all the amenities like the pool, the social area, the tennis courts, and the basketball courts that are accessible to us as tenants. I think the term apartment homes for Twin lake towers is very accurate in it's description, because the units live more like condo's than mainstream or typical apartments. Bathroom tub was dingy, I believe the responsibility lies on the leasing and maintenance staff to have this pr Read Moreoperly cleaned, regardless of how. Monthly rent is almost my entire bi-weekly check, I expect things to be presented to the highest standard.
Also, elevators were down during my move-in and I was told I couldn't move in on a Saturday, which happens to be my only day off besides Sunday to move. I think that was ridiculous and out of line, I just put down a deposit and paid my first months rent and told I cannot move in on my convenience.
The manager later approved that I could move in on Saturday, on the basis that the movers use the staircase. Luckily, I live on the second floor and that isn't an issue. Moral of the story, do not take in new residents if your move-in elevators are down OR compensate your resident if it will hinder their move in date.
Other than that, I love my apartment and am excited to be apart of this community.
