Moving out of Lakeside and using my option to break lease. The rent increases are totally unreasonable. If you Read More rent using a move-in special, your rent will be increased to full price the next lease date. Make sure you understand how the utilities are divided; the amount is not based on what you use, but divided by what the complex uses. Waited five days for bathroom repair. The office manager is very surly and acts as if she is going YOU a favor by allowing you to live in Lakeside. Very unpleasant to deal with. The whole complex is going downhill. Many apartments rent to C. O. D. college football students, if you plan to use pool, the language is filthy and chances are you will have to dodge flying footballs. Not recommended at all.

While we understand your frustration, we make all residents aware of the renewal process and utilities as we aim to be as transparent as possible. We are saddened about your frustration with maintenance as we make all homes aware of the time-frame and place a note on the door notifying a resident of the completion of their request. If it was misplaced in your home, we can provide information again. Stop by the office at your convenience to discuss your concerns so we may resolve any issues.
This place is the worst! Management is VERY rude and treats us like crap. They "lost our lease" and started ch Read Morearging us month to month rent, which was almost $300 more a month! Manager Julie was very rude and constantly rolled her eyes and gave attitude at every little thing. Do not live here!!
