There is an ant problem, I have lived here for some time and have asked for carpets to be cleaned and walls to Read More be reprinted, this was a nearly seven months ago and it is still not done, there are issues with pipes breaking and flooding the building.

Wheaton Center is a great value for the money and has a tremendous location. The office staff and maintenance Read Morestaff are capable and friendly.
Little things could be kept up with better, for example, touch up painting on interior hallways above the lobby; deodorization of the machines in the laundry, more frequent carpet cleaning and deodorization in the lobby.
Bigger repairs/improvements should include the replacement of the interiors of the elevators, replacing of floor tiles in the lobby, etc
