The apartment rcomplex rents to extremely filthy people who bring cockroaches with them. For 1 year prior to me moving out I was invested with cockroaches. I called the office numerous times to come out to exterminate and was told that unless 5 or more people in my building complained they would not send someone out. That is just unacceptable people should have to live in filth. I would never rent from them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

When we first moved into dynasty pointe we were excited to be in our first place, that soon fadedas we were faced with poor maintenance and terrible residents.
