Beware everyone who wants to move in, This is the worse place to live IN, The bunch of roaches coming out of every pipeline coming to your unit. Management wont help you solve the issue they might give you a new unit to move in too, but you dont know if its going to be the same thing. I will post review to that if its same in future that is if they will help me.. my recommendation to move into this apartment community is bellow zero.

why is everyone slamming your apartment complex management as well as living? I think everyone should hot every social media platform to let others know about this place. Myself n 2 others are not going to rest here

By far the worst renting experience Ive ever had. The heat has been off while the weather is below zero. Not to mention its Christmas Eve & Im hosting a Christmas party tomorrow. The windows are not sealed properly, so I feel every gust of wind in my apartment. I was told they were putting in new windows about 2 years ago. That still hasnt happened for my building. Ive called the office, called the emergency maintenance line, left several messages, still no one has returned my call and Im freezing in my own apartment at this point. RENTERS please dont be fooled by the outside appearance of this complex. Management will put up new dog parks before taking care of the major issues such as the old boilers that keep going out & the random fire alarms going off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX COMPLETELY

Maintenance is a joke. Ive had many issues with a list of things. Garbage disposal & the refrigerator stopped working 2 months ago & my work orders go ignored. Lets not even start on the roaches. Roaches sprung up in Aug 2021-April 2022. I paid for an exterminator out of my own pocket they finally went away but the rest of the building stayed in for standing and now theyre back
