Hunter Ridge is a safe and quiet place to live. Maintenance is friendly and reliable. The apartments are a bit Read More older and not updated, but that is not a priority for us as long a everything is in good working order. Leasing office staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

The location is great, as it is served by three bus routes that go to the IU campus. Walls are a little thin i Read Moren the living room, and you can hear noise from neighbors (downstairs and upstairs). But, this isn't too much of a concern in other rooms of the apartment. Some of the apartments have older appliances, and the cabinet work in the kitchen leaves something to be desired. For instance, baseboards in the kitchens tend to have gaps in them that can lead to dust buildup if you aren't diligent about sweeping/mopping. Maintenance is great, and quickly resolves any issues.
