Very cheap place! Cheap fixtures, knobs, carpet, linoleum, faucets, and old cheap appliances. The lights wou Read Moreld flicker and dim from time to time, the lights in the bathroom would only work some of the time. Bayberry Place Apartments is not luxury as it is advertised. This place was a JOKE! The demo they showed us had nicer flooring, appliances and fixtures. Then as soon as the lease is signed and I get to my apartments, CHEAP EVERYTHING!
