I can hear everything..I mean folks snoring and yelling at each other. The quality is not great. My carpet should have been pulled and I can smell my downstairs neighbors pet. Folks slam their door and the whole building shakes..this is not right!

None of the issues regarding repairs from initial inspection of the apartment were ever addressed. Primary outlet, stove, door to master bedroom...etc. Second bedroom had to be sealed off in winter because even with door open it was still 15-30 degrees colder in that room. Had son over during the summer and he couldn't even sleep in there due to the birds nesting in siding of building. Windows wouldn't shut either. Had to stuff plastic bags in gaps to stop cold air from coming in.

I'm used to it now, but at first I did notice the highway noise at certain times of the day

Staff is does not always reply back to messages left. Maintenance is sometimes slow in fixing issues. You may have to make a followup call. I beleive the apartments are over priced. We are on the 56th st. It is so noisey we are unable to enjoy our patio. Hard to sleep at night with the traffic noise. When we signed the lease we was not able to see the apartment we would be moving into until our move in date. Was not happy!

When you promise something, then deliver on the promise. That is a basic requirement of running a successful business. In general you do a very good job of that, except for this year. In my lease you made a promise and failed to deliver for six months. When a promise is made to a customer deliver right away and say thank you. This makes a very loyal and happy customer.

I had a really good experience with management and the maintenance staff. Everyone was helpful.
