Our newly completed 555 2A, a Two Bedroom Two Bath unit is now ready and is our third fully furnished unit. 555 2A has an AirBNB booking thru November 9th 2018. The furnished unit, 555 2A is our most contemporary in design. It features stainless steel and black glass occasional tables. The color scheme is primarily black, grays, silver, stainless steel, linen, white, and tan. There will be accents of color in the fresh green headboards in both bedrooms. Wood tones soften the contemporary feeling. Each furnished unit has two full XL beds along with furnishings, decor, linens and deluxe equipped kitchen, household ware including a microwave. All units have a stacked washer/ dryer unit, dishwasher, range, refrigerator with freezer. Short term leases will be available ONLY on the furnished unit and price will reflect extra cost and turnover time. We are a small privately owned complex with three buildings with eight units total per building. Rented units total: six one bedroom with attached garages and eighteen two bedroom units are rentals. We are not a senior living complex (while we love our senior and they love us- and our ground floor units), many of our tenants are younger, even recently graduated. You'll find that those in the know know about us and think highly of the complex as well as the ease of location. Buildings feature a secured central entry and private parking lot. These are highly desirable units and many of our tenants stay with us for many years. Restrictive pet and smoking policies, maximum 2 adults. Detached garage available in 555 Chestut St Building for an additional $110 per month. Additional Full headboards, pictures and floor lamps may be available for purchase.
Lease start day flexible to start on a Saturday once unit is complete. Must be approved, unit must be available. First qualified and ready to start lease superseeds offer.
Unfurnished units will have a minumim 12 full month lease with pricing quoted for 24 full month lease. Leases automatically renew month to month with no change unless within notification terms. 45 days- 2 full month notice to vacate. Rates, terms and fees may vary with a FURNISHED unit to include short term leases. Rates do not include utilities except water and sewer unless specified in terms. Short term lease only on furnished units as short as 15 days notice to vacate once term completes, up to 60 days during holiday months of December and January.
