Been here almost a year now. Will renew lease. Love it here. Very peaceful! All office staff have been very kind and helpful on every occasion. Location is also great. Would highly recommend!

Gave my dog to one of my friends because there were no open animal buildings right away. Seeing that I needed a place to live by the end of the month I took it. When I moved in i heard dogs in the building where they said there would be no animals allowed.....so now i have no dog. :( Other than that everything is fine.

Maintenance was always quick to fix any issue. Office employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. Good neighborhood with plenty of shopping around.

Lived there 14 years and feel safe! Well kept grounds! I don't like how often the rent is raised and $30 a month is too much! I've lived there 14 years in a 2 bedroom and am gone a lot so when it comes to the water and gas furnished the apartments make a lot of money on me considering there's usually 2-4 people in a 2 bedroom thats home everyday using water and gas to cook! I've also saved the apartments a lot of money by living there so long not having to replace carpet and paint!
