When I lived here it was great. However, when I moved out, it was quite complicated and aweful. They used my security deposit to pay my last water bill which was fine. The remaining balance was $26. They sent a paper in the mail stating I would be receiving a check for the amount of $26. The check I received was for $126 which came with a phone call that said they made a mistake and wanted me to deposit the check and take out a $100 money order. Heres the reason I cant do that.. I dont have a bank here so if I were to cash it, it would cost me, plus the cost of the money order. So I tried to return the check but they refused with the response it was already submitted to me. So I shredded the check in front of them to void it and told them they could just send me a new one with the correct amount. Instead of it going that easy, they said they were taking it to collections because I owed them $100. Which is confusing since I declined the overpaid check, so they still owe me $26. Im not exactly sure where their mind set is with this issue, they were just absolutely no help what so ever. Good luck when you guys move out!

My family and I moved to Ashley Pointe this summer and we have never loved a home more! We immediately felt welcome by the kind and warm staff, our neighbors are super friendly, and the entire atmosphere just feels more like home than just an apartment. We live in a three bedroom town home and we pay the same price we paid for a tiny apartment on the west side. If you are looking for a safe and inviting place to raise a family, this is the place to go!

I moved into Ashley Pointe in April 2018. I am so incredibly happy with that decision! This is my first time renting an apartment and as long as I am in Evansville and renting - I will live at Ashley Pointe. The staff have exceeded my expectations. The office staff is exceptionally nice as well as the maintenance staff. When/if I ever have a problem or just a question, it gets taken care of in a very timely manner, within 24 hours, usually sooner! I feel very comfortable and safe living in this complex and every resident I've met is great! The pool and dog park are also awesome - I love that Ashely Pointe is extremely dog friendly but still maintains the clean and tidy. I would recommend Ashley Pointe to anyone :)

Ashley Pointe Apartments is a great affordable place to live in Evansville. I love the location. You feel like you are in a quiet part of town while also being close to prime food and shopping locations. The apartment grounds are always well taken care of and beautiful. I've never had a loud neighbor which makes living here peaceful. While the apartments are older, maintenance does a great job responding to any need you have in a timely manner. You're paying a great price for all that you get.

I have been a resident of Ashley Pointe for two years and had a very pleasant experience. The apartments are value for money and did not have any problems at all. They by far have the best supporting staff in Evansville. Perry, the maintenance manager, and his team have been outstanding when it comes to any service requests. I have seen several changes in the front office over the past two years, but they have all been very personable and helpful. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
