    Tried to call the office to see about renting an apartment and never heard back and no answer when i tried calling back another day

    Ive had a good experience thus far. Im still new to the area and so I like that everything is only a 5 mins away. Pretty solid area of town. Theres bad everywhere you go but here seems decent. My neighbors are quiet, the upbeat leasing lady when you first walk in is helpful, and yea Id recommend. I dont have any complaints. The only thing Id suggest is speed bumps for the speed racers but other than that its cool here. I like it.

    Every single time I call the office which truly isn't often but when I do I NEVER get an answer. I leave a voicemail and sometimes I get a call back and other times I don't. It is next to impossible to get someone to answer. I understand that they are going through the process of hiring people but even when there are people in the office I still can't get an answer. Today I called RIGHT back because I missed their phone call and they tell me that I have to sign my new lease agreement. Okay that is great I can do that however I can't until the 12th. I am aware that I am responsible for knowing when my lease is coming up but I have ALWAYS gotten something on my door letting me know I need to sign papers and I NEVER got anything like that. I have always been respectful and considerate to the staffing situation. I work in the public so I completely understand how stressful it is. I explained I couldn't come in several times. I got lucky and was able to have someone just come pick up the papers and I will get it turned in over the weekend along with my paystubs but the hanging up on me was not okay. I wasn't cussing and I wasn't calling anyone any names. So for her to hang up on me was not okay. Yes I did raise my voice but I wasn't screaming, cussing, and name calling. it's bad enough that nobody ever answers the phone. I love my apartment but the office part really has been awful since I've lived out here.

    This is low income housing. These apartments are not for rent. If you make over $12,000 a year they will not accept you. I went in to find information and the receptionist was very rude.

    The lady in the office was very nice and helpful. I am coming from Las Vegas and she gave me 2 sister properties to check out and told me I could keep checking every week. This is the only person as of yet that I have talked with including agents rental houses that actually made an effort to help. I am from the Las Vegas and my daughter is transferring to Evansville area for her job and I am not finding people receptive to helping.
