The newer website update is very strange to navigate but I eventually figured it out (for payment information) Read More. I do wish there was an easier way to keep track of all the individuals that are paying rent within a household and that it could hold a specific person accountable for a set amount, as well as having those amounts split correctly and fairly.
ie. There are five adults that should be paying rent but only three are paying and splitting that amount three ways. $1,118''3=$372.60 VS. $1,118''5=$223.60
I wish there was an easy way to access this information. Based on this I've been sadly driven to the point of moving out because I've been unable to hold the other lease holders legally accountable and I cannot afford to live here.
Please make this information easily available to the lease holders to prevent future issues.
