    I have totally enjoyed my time at Lantern Woods and always share my experience with people looking for a great place to rent in Fishers. The staff are amazing, from maintenance to the gals in the office - all are always so helpful and do so with a smile! If renting, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else - great location, price and apartments are nice (high ceilings & spacious). Plus, there is a walking, biking running path right behind complex at Chesney Park to 116th Street - convenient to 69 & 465. Love it!!!

    Lantern woods is the best place to live in Fishers! Staff is always very nice and helpful. And the upkeep on these apartments and grounds is amazing!

    I moved out 5 months ago and have been trying to get my security deposit. Prior to the move out I filled out paperwork and asked if I could send an email with my new address. Management approved it and said I could send it anytime prior to the move out date. In June I asked management when I would should expect my deposit and they stated it could take up to 30 days. By July I contacted management again and was told that I never sent an email with my new address therefore they sent it to my old address?!?!?!. I forwarded the email and never got an answer from them showing my contact in April. After calling again at the beginning of August the manager was extremely rude and stated that they sent the refund in April and should have received it. When stated the issue she was short and acted like this was my fault. Now going into October I still don't have a deposit back. For having a clean apartment and zero issues its sad to see this money stay with a unprofessional staff and corporation!

    I love living here. This complex is "just right" as goldilocks would say. Not too uptight with rules but not so lax they don't take care of things. The entire staff is wonderful, Office & maintenance. I've made such a wonderful group of friends here among the residents that it feels like home. A sense of community you don't often find in an apartment complex. I oughta know because I've lived in 15 apartments in my 47 years. Know you'll be safe and very comfortable among friends and people who care....

    Worst mistake you could make. Mailboxes have become vandalized, grounds crew leaves garbage on the ground, our apartment was disgusting upon the move in day with dust everywhere, sinks looked terrible, toilet had not been flushed, no respect for new tenants, and above all, worst management! Completely disrespectful.

    My boyfriend and I moved in and have been living here since January 2016. This by far has been the BEST apartment I have ever lived in! The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and SAFE! We have never had any issues or complaints. The few times we have had to contact maintenance were for very minor things such as replacing a light bulb in the kitchen and a battery in one of our smoke detectors and they have always responded quickly. But other than that everything has been perfect while living here. The office staff has been incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone! Even though we are looking forward to moving to our own home someday, we will greatly miss living here when that time comes!
