For what you paying, it's an ~okay~ apartment. They chose pretty things to put in the apartment that aren't v Read Moreery well made, like the vertical blinds are a nightmare and we replaced all the shower heads because they were terrible. Also, just plan on a $300+ electricity bill in the winter because there's not much insulation at all and we're in Duke Energy land.
There's been a huge fruit basket turn over in the employees since I moved here which means-They are legitimately getting better but you HAVE to follow up multiple times to get things taken care of because they're overwhelmed and understaffed. They're super nice but you do have to remind them to get things done with weird billing problems, mail, etc. Hopefully that will get better in the future but that's what's up as of July 2018. The maintenance system on the other hand is very responsive and the guys have been super helpful 100% of the time.
As for the amenities: I've only used the exercise room and it's great for the exercise I like to do. I don't use pools but it seems like people use it and I haven't seen anyone leave it looking upset.

The staff are very friendly and are always accessible. The grounds are kept clean. I walk multiple times a da Read Morey with my dogs and see maintenance on every walk.

The staff is nonresponsive to the needs of the residents. There is an increasing drug problem and the office a Read Morend corporate office have failed to take appropriate action. I would not recommend moving here.
