Arbor Lakes

Their property and "homes" are a joke nothing more than trailer park trash and they will find any excuse in the book to charge you after move out. If they have to put money into fixing something then they say it's your fault. There are also tons of cars that get broke into and multiple times shots reported in the complex within the time that we lived there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The pictures they put up on line dont look like the place I seen, I would like what I see is what I get & it wasnt, so Ill pass but I am gonna say the office managers was really courteous & nice.

I love pool and grilling all the time I love to do things like this all the at.

The leasing office reeked of cigarette smoke and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude.

I can say I enjoyed living in Arbor Lakes, I've lived here going on 10 yrs. Yes sometimes the parking does suck. And when I started living here I was little over 800 and now I'm at a 1070 which is crazy. You would think they would want to keep long term residency but they keep raising the rent which now I'm looking to find a new place when lease comes up cause last time rent went up 60 dollars and I signed early cause your supposed to get discount so the form said. I would have stayed longer. But the staff and maintenance are great. But I really liked when Tonya worked she was the best.

The first time living here was amazing and there was honest staff members. Me and my partner were given "the only option apartment" because the apartment we had our eyes on was no longer available. But ironically after lease signing it was available. We tried to transfer to that apartment and we were told we had to pay and do the entire application process again plus rent after they just got 2k from us. We got a shady deal and there's no parking you literally can't see your apartment from where you have to park. Can't wait to move. Replying to owner comment: Went to office, staff don't care told me to have a good day.

Arbor Lakes will offer you a small deposit fee to get you under lease but upon moving out, you will be charged to replace entire apartments carpet. They do not acknowledge normal wear and tear. They want pristine carpet while their cabinetry and windows can be broken and worn out. If you dare to sign with them be sure to document and take pictures of every nook and cranny and be sure to require repairs immediately. Arbor Lakes is very over priced for what you get. You will not be able to park near your entrance let alone have guests. When the snow arrives be sure to have your shovel ready because you will need to shovel your way out if you work early in the mornings, because they don't!
