The management and maintenance staff are great. They are always there and willing to help you anyway they poss Read Moreibly can. We moved into an efficiency apartment and in the last year have upgraded to a one bedroom and then to a two bedroom apartment.

Former Plumwood Apartments Resident
I lived here last year for a really short stay and I really enjoyed my time there. The staff is great and they Read More return calls and fix issues in a timely manner. I moved out of state as I completed my Graduate schooling that's the only reason I am not still here. If you want a place that really cares about the people they rent to. Aspen Management is where you want to go. The new manager he's great and the Maintenance guy is awesome as well. Thanks for making my stay very enjoyable.

Current Plumwood Apartments Resident
We have really enjoyed being at Plumwood Apartments. We moved from another state coming to Fort Wayne and knew Read More no one. At Plumwood we found a community and have made great connections and friendships. We have resigned a lease once, and will consider staying an additional year. I would recommend coming in and speaking with the leasing manager he is very thorough and works to make it a seamless experience for you and your family.
