    I have lived here since 2005 and the entire complex looked great then. It has steadily gone down hill. I think planting some flowers around the complex besides the office would help. And they made a great impact on removing dead tress but they need to continue. The back entry will be over run with wile vines and the like in no time. And someone needs to make a genuine effort the repair the main road. There is STILL a water leak under the so-called pavement. Since they now raise the rent $19.00 every year it looks like they could so something.

    It was nice when I moved in. Had neighbors come this year and bring roaches. Haven't been comfortable since. Maintenance sometimes does shotty work. Had my fridge "repaired" a couple of times and lost all my food. It's been 8-9 years. Is getting in an upgraded unit possible?

    These unprofessional people recorded i had been evicted when i was in fact not. I had a balance to be paid, then paid it.

    Office is very friendly and accommodating, and maintenance requests are addressed in a timely, professional manner. Walls between units are fairly soundproof unless the neighbors are blasting loud music. The floors/ceilings, though, are much less soundproof and if the neighbors below/above you are arguing, it's pretty easy to make out what is being said. The exterior walls are not very sound proof, and anything said in the stairwells can easily be heard by all apartments sharing that stairwell through the metal doors. The rest really depends on your neighbors. I've had great neighbors and really awful neighbors here who had people pounding on their door and screaming profanities at 3 in the morning. It just depends.

    The staff is mostly friendly and very helpful. For most point the property is nice and well mantianed. But the fellow tenants have been very poor and little has been done about there actions.
