    If you reside near the tennis courts/basketball hoop, be prepared to hear the bouncing of the basketball from sun up until the wee hours of the morning!! There are NO posted hours! Walls are very thin in apartments! I can also hear my neighbors partying into the late night hours; yelling, playing music, slamming doors. Not ideal for a young professional who wakes up very early. For what I pay, I definitely expect a better environment.
