Local Reviews

I like that I have some pretty good neighbors. My street is fairly quiet. There isn't much else I particularly like.

There is a large park within walking distance. We also have several food truck nights during the summer that are very well attended.

I like that it is quiet and family friendly. I like that we are not far away from social scenes but also not right around the corner.

The unique thing about my neighborhood is that there are two schools very close to each other. There is also two nice parks. I like the local pizza places (Rossville pizza and sunset pizza) I also like the Qudoba near by. With family and friends we like to go to the Staten Island mall which is not to far of a drive either.

If I had to, I could walk to the store or several restaurants. There's several urgent care locations nearby and also an urgent care vet hospital maybe 3 miles away. We have a large backyard, plenty of room for nature and a huge field divides the neighborhood from a busy street.

Very family focused. There is a target, hone depot, strip mall, etc nearby. Parks in the general area
