I would advise anyone that fill out an application for this place to be very careful, I was told, there would be a 45.00 app fee non refundable, and 100.00 dollars to hold the apartment when I feel the app out, not once was I told the 100.00 was not refundable, nor was I shown in writing that it was for a administration fee, they denied my app and said my 100.00 was not refundable, then they email me a copy of their agreement, something that was not shown or mentioned to me in the beginning to justify them keeping my money this is not a place I would suggest living in, who has 100.00 to just give to them, they should be ashamed of themselves, how heartless can you be...

Nice place, but my electric bill is almost $300.00 and we have had a mild winter. So, sad the cold air comes right through the windows.
