I was a potential resident, however, Bret, who was trying to pass as a leasing manager, made my decision easy. Read More I would not go near that place! Early in the day they had several apartment plans that we were interested in. When I called back, to schedule a viewing, they were not available. He wanted to leave early around 4:30. Not very accommodating. He did not know the pricing, or availability. These should be at his fingertips. Overall, I assume his lack of knowledge, and refusal to inconvenience himself is reflective of management. How do you think they will respond to a problem.

it's a great place but they nickel-and-dime you - for the rent we pay, we should have free water softener, fre Read Moree basic cable, amenities like that. And seriously, $100/month for two cats plus the non-refundable pet fee? that's a rip-off, they don't make a mess outside like dogs. And why don't they fence off an area for a dog park? Plus, when are they going to wash the outside windows? that should be at least spring and fall.
