I Literally Been Looking Everyone For A Very Comfortable Place To Move . I Like Everything About The Apartment I Would Change A Few Things But I Would Love If Someone Could Get Back To Me Or My Father About This Apartment I Would Like If I Could Talk To Someone About The Deposit & Moving In .

Trash garbage. That describes my experience with this slum. Maintenance sucks, the buildings are poorly kept, the laundry rooms are just plain nasty, and the management doesn't care.

Though I have many concerns with Parkwest I have to give credit to management during the current pandemic. Fortunately I had been able to pay my rent over the last few months. However just recently in June I had some issues. I was thankful to receive a call from a very nice young lady named Taylor. She wasnt harassing or negative. Did not make me feel bad. Asked about my balance and then asked how it was best for me to pay it. The matter was handled quickly and I was glad she reached out to me. I even suggested that another tenant call her and gave them Taylors number. They too was pleased. Thank you Taylor for your professionalism and kindness.

I have not been a tenant long, but I am very unhappy with this place. The office staff is very dismissive, no concern. The people at the front desk are very nice so this takes nothing away from them. From the beginning things were handled unprofessionally on my behalf. I began my renting process with one leasing agent. I was promised phone calls that I never received to find out that this agent no longer worked for the complex. I was told multiple different prices for rent on different occasions. I finally received a move in date and paid all fees. Move in day I go to receive the keys and the apartment they were giving me was complete TRASH. Nothing was cleaned, there were dirt stains all over the carpet. The apartment had not been cleaned and they were gonna give me that place! I refused to settle for that. It took a while, but they gave me another unit in a different building which was supposed to belong to someone else who would be soon moving in. Fast forward to now. I have mice. Maintenance has come and said they have plugged holes. More mice come and they plug more holes. I have called the office multiple times and have been given the run around and everyone seems so unconcerned. Lorie the maintenance manager is very rude and disrespectful. I want to know how she would want to live with mice. But with her being the manager she probably dont live in this rat infested place. I do not live nasty so the building must be infested, but no one seems to be concerned except for me. They shut the water off with no notice in the morning while ppl have to get ready for work just disrespectful and I come home today and here we find mouse number 10. Now I have to act out of character because it seems as if thats the only way to get results. At the end of the day do not sign a lease for this place unless you are ok with dealing with hassles each time you have an issue.

Long post alert since day one of giving them any of my money I have been dissatisfied. Before moving in they never called and told me to check out the unit to make sure I was satisfied with what I saw. I had to call them and ask could I see the place. The place was not clean and ready to go for the next tenant. Then that night they tried to clean and shampoo the carpet and it was still wet! They then decided to move me into another apartment which was fine at first until I seen small holes in my bag of bread and mice stool. I called and they act like they were so concerned and was going to rectify the situation when all they did was put down mice traps like I wanted to collect them. The pest control management is horrible. I had a total of 10 mice in my home in a two month time period. I asked could I break my lease of course they said no. Luckily and finally they decided to put down a doorstop because they was coming right through the front door. Come to find out the building had mice issues. And you would think they would stop putting tenants into that building. This is building 18 to be exact. Now that my lease is over thank God, they telling me I should have given a 60 day notice so now I have to pay another full month. And you would think at this point some type of accommodation shouldve been done at any given moment with me staying there for 12 months. Front desk staff is friendly, their office is nice, the model unit is nice but the place youll actually be in is nothing like the model. Management specifically Donna an old white lady, does not care and was very nonchalant about every issue I had. PLEASE I AM SAVING YOU 12 MONTHS OF DISAPPOINTMENT DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!
