I am a current resident and I am over all pleased with the complex but there is something that I am not please Read Mored with and that is how they handled my renewal. I received a letter on my door stating that I had 1 week to let them know if I was staying or not and that my rent would be going UP. I am comfortable with paying the rent that I have now but by it going up its going to make it hard for me to take care of me and my son. I might as well find a house for what I am going to be paying. Also, I think that they should give you the option to pay for the pool and fitness center instead of it being mixed in with the rent. We only get 3 maybe 4 months of summer and no one is using the pool that much to be paying for it every month. When I first moved in I would go by the pool and would never seen anyone in it. I am going to stay one more year because I am forced to stay and then I am looking for a HOUSE.

I've never had any issues with the apartment. Small maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Read More My only issue is visitor parking but passes are available in the office.

We couldn't wait to move out. We contacted the office staff many times of things needing to get fixed in the a Read Morepartment and nothing ever actually got fixed. Sometimes maintenance would show up sometimes they wouldn't, our fridge didn't work well for 4 months!!
