    While the apartment community is the nicest one in its immediate area it is simply not worth the amount we pay. The buildings are nice but business staff and maintenance teams are part of the whole that make up the experience and both are nonchalant when it comes to current resident concerns. I sincerely wish we'd chosen another community.

    Castle Creek really is a great place to live. The apartments are well kept and maintained, the staff is helpful, and the location is great. Staff: Friendly and quick to respond. If you need maintenance, it usually gets accomplished in a very timely manner. If it ever is prolonged, it is not by choice, but rather something has prevented them from getting to you fast. Noise: Surprisingly you don't hear your neighbors that often. This could be from thicker walls, or just more cautious neighbors. Whatever the cause, it is nice to have some peace and quiet. Views/property: There isn't really anything that would be annoying to look at. Some apartments do only look out on the parking lot, but even that is OK. There isn't a ton in terms of natural beauty, as the total lot is mainly parking. There is some grass, and two small ponds, plus it has trees lining the complex on two sides. Even though, it is a well kept, and well manicured (where there is space) complex. Parking: Depending on the building you live in, you may not get a space close to your door. At evenings, spaces tend to fill up pretty quick as it is first come first serve unless you rent a garage. Overall: I would recommend anyone check out these apartments. You get a lot of amenities, and little extras that are nice. I think you would be disappointed if you didn't check out Castle Creek.

    Dissapointed that the compex does not recycle. We are required to pay for vale trash services (which is way too expensive and I would like the option to forgo the service), but we still do not have the option to recycle.

    Grounds are very clean and well manicured, recent kitchen upgrade was fantastic, maintenance staff and office staff are very helpful and responsive and lets face it valet trash service is wonderful!

    The apartments are over priced with no high end finishes you would expect when paying top dollar. The pool is small, the fitness center is small, and I have never felt like staff members have gone out of their way at all to help residents. I would probably not recommend this complex to a friend.

    Outside of apartment is maintained to the bare minimum. The construction between the floors of each unit is poor. It's very noisy and the floor joists make a ton of noise when you have an active neighbor above you. Spring assisted hinges should be removed on the entry door to help alleviate people from slamming their doors. Pet waste is rarely picked up by tenants. Often left on the sidewalk. Timers on outside lights are always off. We often come home to dark hallways while other bldgs are lit.
