just moved in my first place and i made the right choice. love my apartment. my cousin is getting a place here too because she loves my apartment so much.

I have lived here two separate times, about 20 years apart. It was a good place the first time, which is why I moved back to it the second time after I sold my home. It was even better the second time around. The staff has improved a great deal, maintenance is not perfect, but still very good. My home was clean and everything in it was new. There were some problem neighbors in the building, but the management took care of that problem promptly. I moved out only because I bought a new home. I can highly recommend this apartment complex. (And, I am a very, very, very, picky person, not related to anyone there, and no business or work connections either.)

This rental property is definitely one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. When we moved in and made a couple of complaints about the air conditioning not working upstairs, or the closet doors being broken, they never came and fixed them. We had multiple other maintenance issues throughout the lease as well, like the heat not working when it was almost 40 degrees outside, the fences falling over after a wind storm and they were laying on top of the air conditioner unit for months and didnt get fixed, and then the random fines for everything. The staff, especially Anthony, are horrible. I have never wanted to be out of a lease so badly.

Very overpriced. The apartments are very old and outdated. They do not care about the residents at all. They take their sweet time on maintenance requests. The office staff is unprofessional and rude. All around a disappointment.

The overall rent is expensive to have upgrades, amenities and basics that don't work. A kitchen full of electrical outlets but only one works. Moldy damp smell in the hallways. The washer and dryer in the laundry doesn't work. Clothes are dripping wet after washing, dryer burns clothing, machines take your money. Electricity goes out randomly and takes 24-36 hours to fix. Parking is awful. The office staff won't send you information you ask for unless you repeatedly ask.
