The maintenance is lacking they lie to you and are good at don't trust the property manager if anything her daughter and her live on property and guarantee they don't have any issues. She calls people good rats very unprofessional and the assistant is a yes man who lacks cognitive skills!

We were sold once we saw the model unit, but were not able to see the actual apartment we moved into as it was per policy that we couldn't see it until it was ready. The actual apartment we moved into was not as mice as the model unit and had several issues (cracks in walls, outlet covers falling off, paint in the carpet, granite countertop doesn't look as nice, etc). In addition, the air conditioning was barely functional (couldn't get the apartment below 74).

I had an overwhelming issue with Rolly pollies in my apartment and the rent fluctuated so much with the included utilities. At times I paid up to 1000.
