Sidewalks flood every time it rains. Parking lot spaces are hardly ever available near your unit. The gym is no longer 24 hours as agreed with signing lease. Asbestos & lead paint. Can't wait to move out - not happy with this place.

The management at this apartment complex is so unorganized and inconsistent. Everytime I went into the office for anything I would be told one thing and then the next told something else. When switching apartments one manager said we had 10 days to move and the other said 2 days. Also when trying to move out we told the management 4 months in advance that we would be moving out and asked what we needed to do to ensure we would end our lease we got charged an extra month! I liked that you only had one shared wall which made them quiet and the layouts were nice. The quality and politeness of staff was poor and at times they were rude.
