Ninth Ave Apartments

i have been turning in requests to fix an outdoor security light for 5 years and it still not working

My little section is great. I actually talk with my neighbors and feel safe and secure. The apartment is nice for the price. New appliances, my choice of painted accent walls, good amount of closet space. The pantry is a bit awkward and it's difficult to have much more than one person in the kitchen at a time. I'm a single parent with one child, so it's ideal for us. But a bigger family would have difficulties I would imagine.

Overall it's just ok, but I have had so many plumbing issues it's ridiculous stuff is always breaking down, and my shower doesn't even work, and maintenence can't seem to fix the problem. My air conditioner went out several times over the summer and we were left in the heat during 90 degree weather not fun! Also, the pool wasn't even open most of the summer it seemed as they kept having problems with the chemicals. I will definitely be moving when my lease is up.

After living in Beech Grove Village for 13years I have never had any problems. The maintenance is kept up. I am still using the same appliances. The neighborhood is well respected. Lights are always working. the grass remains trimmed, snow is always plowed. I appreciate the management at Beech Grove Village Apartments. Thank you

parking is hard to find close to my building

The area is really convenient for us, given how much is around us. We also aren't far from downtown Indy, which is nice. Our neighbors seem friendly, and the staff working on-site has always been very good about facilitating our needs.
