    I haven't heard from this complex after sending several requests for information. Phone calls are never answered. I if could give one star I would, unfortunately that isn't possible. I have been trying to get information since February 2022, It's April, 2022, still no response. These are the reasons for my low rating.

    This is the absolute worst place to live. The management clearly doesn't care about the safety and wellbeing of their residents. On one of the entrances there is litterally just part of a door handle...not even a handle. There is no safety. I'm on the 5th floor and keep an extremely tidy apt and have cockroaches. Who knew they got up that far. I had a clogged sink and after 3 weeks of me calling and emailing asking them to repair it- I had to walk into the office and make someone from their maintenance staff fix it right there. There has also been a piece of wood instead of glass on the main door for the past 10 months. Oh and the elevators never work and I take an ice cold shower at least once a week. They also have no A/C so your apt will be 100 degrees all summer long. My list could go on forever- just dont live here you will regret it instantly.

    I was impressed with the professionalism of their maintenance staff. Whenever I reported a problem, they were on it right away. I did feel that damage assessments on moveout were inflated, especially with respect to the carpet. I would recommend obtaining specific information about the carpet, and nailing down the expected lifespan of that carpet in advance.
