    I just applied for my new apartment at Pier 39. I am really excited. I am moving into the renovated one bedroom. It is huge and has a large walk in closet. The staff has been very nice and helpful.

    the exspirence i have to say was rather good if i do say so myself i like the structure of the buliding and it looks like a specail place wear you can relax and take some time off and repair yourself for the next best thing to happen in your dayil ilfe it gives off a good vibe and look like positive energy as well i would give good recommendations towards this homes to anyone

    BAYHEAD VILLAGE, ITS A GREAT DRAMA FREE PLACE TO LIVE. ITS QUITE, THE STAFF IS AWESOME. IF U NEED SOMETHING FIXED OR ANYTHING DONE THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU. I LOVE LIVING HERE THE APARTMENTS ARE LARGE AND THE NEW RENOVATIONS ARE BEAUTIFUL .IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAYHEAD FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY YOU WANT REGRET IT...

    I have been a resident for a little over 6months and have seen 3 property managers no one is ever on the same page and the maintenance is horrible

    The staff is friendly. However, the extremely long delays with maintenance is annoying and ridiculous. Outdated appliances/shady repairs doesn't warrant the high rent cost/increase.
