Staff is always friendly and helpful. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Grounds are kept in good and neat condition.

I absolutely love the maintenance and the friendliness of staff. Any time we have an issue, maintenance is there within a few hours to fix whatever problem we have.

The apartment complex has been really great. there have been very minimal issues and non-emergency reasons to call maintenance and they have been quite slow to respond to inquiries. Other than that, management is very pleasant and helpful and living here has been great!

The office management are very helpful and receptive. Every maintenance request I've ever made has been addressed the same day. I asked about a recycling program and within the same year, a recycling dumpster was installed near my building. Everyone is friendly - especially the maintenance staff who wave to me as I leave every morning. The management are always making improvements to the complex - new roof, new A/C units, new windows, dog park, etc.

You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartments above and/or below. I can even hear my neighbors peeing. It's the kind of neighborhood where your neighbors drive around with their bass thumping. The staff is great. Exterior of buildings isn't ideal. Some buildings have mildew going on the outside. Electric and water bills are fair. Location is good.

They are a pain to deal with have lost my rent check they complain about everything and it's too much to break my lease
