The wife and I used to live here until the DEA, FBI and IMPD came in and busted a 6.5 million drug ring from the back of the complex. She had the pups out and was told to go inside. As soon as the lease was up we moved out. Also we were being charged water and sewer fees from the whole complex divided amongst all the residents. Understand there's a new ownership and management, also it's not just called "Westlake" anymore. Beware the guard shack and gated entries closed and locked blocking police and fire entry.

this place is very nasty they have a infestation of roaches. I had to bomb my own apartment because they did not properly adress the issue

I sat in my house for a month and a half waiting on a new front door.. and I still haven't gotten my shower fixed and I put in three work orders in and I didn't even complain about the fact that I don't have a patio screen or none of my plugsfit in the outlets

My main issue that I've constantly complained to the office staff about (that clearly no one cares about) I don't like maintenance being in my apartment while I'm out, they leave trash behind, steal things and break things, I might as well just leave my apartment wide open to vandals! This is my apartment home and I should have a say who comes into my personal space, and on top of that when maintenance has entered your apartment while you're gone, they don't leave any paperwork stating why they
