The Landing Apartments

My spouse and I are still in the process of moving and settling in, but we absolutely love our new apartment! Katelyn was so nice and helpful throughout the moving process. She's very approachable and goes the extra mile for the tenants here!

My family just moved into this apartment a week ago and have enjoyed everything so far. Sam made the move-in process very easy and was very thorough with all the details. Katelyn was our first contact with the apartments and is also amazing. We love taking our dogs for a walk on the B&O trail right behind the apartments.

DONT MOVE here if you are of color. They are racist. I’ve been uncomfortable since I’ve moved in. They only want Karens and Brads moving in. Trust me there’s plenty of Karens here. They keep making up reasons to come in people’s apartments to see what they are doing and who’s in there. They literally watch your every move. Parking is getting bad. Katelyn does not like black people. If it wasn’t a law that she has to rent out to all races she would only choose white occupants. They use their creepy maintenance man to spy on people. They literally harass you.

I am impressed with the help my family and I received. Sam and the property manager were very helpful throughout the entire process!

I did a LOT of research before deciding to move to The Landing apartments. Brand new construction near the great towns of Avon and Brownsburg but with an Indy address. Your choice of apartments including first floor, southern exposure, or facing the privacy of wooded areas. Hard surface floors, solid surface counters, and a top notch leasing staff. I haven’t even moved in yet, but Sam has already answered so many of my silly questions, making a stressful time quite a bit easier.

Super smooth application experience, extremely friendly stuff and the property is amazing! Highly recommend and looking forward to meeting future neighbors!
