I would give zero stars if I could. A good way to describe this place is putting lipstick on a pig. Everything looks good in the photos, and in model apartments, but when you actually move in, things are falling apart, poorly constructed and dirty. Whoever did their renovations truly did a really poor job, as well as whoever "cleaned" the apartment before move in. The apartments are also poorly insulated, so expect an extremely high gas & electric bill because of that. I have not had a good experience living here at all, but since I have several months left on my lease, I will not go into details yet, but I suggest believing any other negative reviews that are already on here. I regret moving here, and if I could've taken the time to find somewhere nicer I would have. I hope this review helps other people not make the same mistake.

went to visit this complex January 9th. The upgrades look nice. I applied on January 10th, paying in full the amount asked. I was denied, which is fine. As of yet, Ive still not received my money back as they stated it would take about a week. Then I was told 7-10 business days from January 13th. Now Im being told that it wasnt processed until Monday, January 27th and it would be another 3-5 days. Ive called several times asking for a corporate number which they wont give me. I was then told Id be emailed with the info. As of yet Ive still not received an email or my money back. So far everyone from their office that Ive spoken to about this matter has treated me as if I shouldnt have an issue with the way Im being treated. Ive been more than patient. This is indeed unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have lived here since April and I just want to say it has been amazing for me. I see a lot of mixed reviews on the renovations/ construction and maintenance issues that happen, but any calls I make for things to be done they have been on top of it every time. I definitely recommend this community to people who are looking for a nice location/ price. The office staff are great and help with any time I call. I cant wait to see this place once it is finished with construction and amenities are open!

Let me start by saying the women in the main office are amazing and doing their damnedest to help but the property management company appears to be reluctant to provide service on par with the price. There is no 24-hour notice before maintenance enters your apartment - often no heads up whatsoever. There also isnt any formal way to request maintenance, you just call in and hope it gets passed along and maybe they get to it (maintenance also appears to be understaffed). Ive spent the last two and a half months trying to get my AC fixed and the most the on-site people have been able to do is close a vent and turn the thermostat off and on again. It took two months of reporting poor AC function to get the filter changed which my previous apartment did twice a year as routine practice. After all this time it still doesnt work properly and but it feels like maintenance has been told to write me off and repeatedly says its fine, even though it runs 24/7 (even when there isnt a heat wave), cant ever reach the temperature its set to, and runs me about $200/mo in electricity. I get that this whole place is under renovation still - thats totally find and understandable when it comes to the pool or club house or whatever. However, the least a person should be able to expect is that current tenants be properly taken care of and their needs addressed fully and in a timely manner without having to constantly call or check in to see if its being taken care of. Right now, though, its all lip service.
